  • Mondays 8:30 – 9:30 AM | September 13, 20, 27, October 4, 11, 25, and November 1 — (NO CLASSES on September 6 and October 18)
  • Tuesdays 8:30 – 9:30 AM | September 7, 14, 21, 28, October 5, 12, 26 — (NO CLASS on October 19) Still a slower, more gentle class.
  • Thursdays 8:30 – 9:30 AM | September 9, 16, 23, October 7, 14, 21, 28 — (NO CLASSES on September 2 and 30)
  • Saturdays 30-minute classes 8:30 – 9:00 AM | September 4, 18, 25, October 9, 23 — (NO CLASSES on September 11, October 2, 16, 30)

STRETCH & STRENGTHEN -  WHEN YOU ARE HAVING FUN, IT'S NOT EXERCISE

Join me for this dynamic 50+ minute class. The mission of the Essentrics™ Workout is to create a balanced body whereby the strength in your muscles doesn’t inhibit your movement, and your mobility is enhanced by your strength. Essentrics™ dynamically combines stretching and strengthening to develop a toned body and improve posture, flexibility and range of motion.

My wish for all of us is to age well by moving more. As a healthy 63 year old and now in my 43rd year of nursing, I started VITAL 1 FITNESS to instruct Essentrics classes, sharing fun exercise while encouraging fitness and well-being. This is for you, and we're in this together.
